2026-2027 Executive Board

Elizabeth Arthur
President (bilingual)
I'm a proud dual language mom of three and a police wife. I have been on the PTA Executive Board since 2022 and am the current VP of Fundraising. Family and community mean everything to me. When I'm not volunteering at the school, I love to go to the beach and try new coffee shops.

Bethany Hargraves
Vice President of Membership
Hi, I’m Bethany! PTA VP of Membership, I live in Vista, work at UC Riverside, and most importantly, I’m Kal’s mom. Excited to be part of the Hawk family!

Jessica Montez
Secretary
Hi! My name is Jessica Montez, and I’m a mom of four. My oldest son, Levi, is an Alamosa alum and will be starting 8th grade at Roosevelt this year. I have two kids at Alamosa—Olivia, who will be in 5th grade, and Hudson, who will be in kindergarten and a 19month old at home keeping us all on our toes!
Both my husband and I were born and raised in the Vista/Oceanside area. My husband actually attended both Alamosa and Roosevelt, and we both graduated from Vista High School, so this community has always been a special part of our lives.
I’ve been involved with Alamosa since 2018, helping with the book fair and volunteering as a room mom in my kids’ classrooms. I’m excited to be even more involved this year as the PTA Secretary!
Our family thrives on chaos! We stay busy traveling for my oldest baseball team, cheering at little league tball games, attending dance recitals, and doing it all while chasing our toddler around. I’m looking forward to a great school year and getting to know even more of our Alamosa families!

Carrie Nolan
Treasurer
My name is Carrie Nolan, and I’ve had children at Alamosa since 2019. My oldest son, Miller, just promoted to Roosevelt, and my youngest son, Merrick, will be in fourth grade this year in the DLI program.
I’m originally from Southern California (Go Dodgers!), and my husband is from outside Chicago (Go Cubs!), but we’ve called Oceanside home for the past 15 years. We have the sweetest two-year-old Labrador Retriever named Potato, who frequently makes appearances at the park during school drop-off and pick-up. Come say hi—he loves being a pseudo school mascot!
I’ve been involved with the PTA since the beginning of our time at Alamosa, becoming more active over the past couple of years and taking on the role of Treasurer this year. Our family keeps a pretty packed schedule, but in our free time, we enjoy swimming in our pool, attending sporting events, and traveling.
I’m passionate about volunteering my time to support the youth in our community, especially through our schools and youth sports leagues.

Kelsey Wilson
Hospitality Coordinator
Hi everyone! My name is Kelsey Wilson and I’m so excited to be part of the Alamosa PTA! My son, Jack is a 6th grader at Roosevelt Middle School, and my daughter, Reese is a 4th grader at Alamosa.
I was born and raised in Orange County but have called Oceanside home for the past 12 years. I started my PTA journey last year as the Hospitality Coordinator and loved being involved in the classrooms, field trips, and all the fun that comes with being part of our school.
We are definitely a family full of sports! You can usually find me cheering my kids on from the soccer or football sidelines. When we’re not at a game or school event, we love spending time at the beach, taking boat trips, and traveling to tropical destinations.
I’m so excited for another great year and to continue being part of this amazing Alamosa community.

Nataly Ochoa
Outreach Chair (bilingual)
Hi! My name is Nataly Ochoa and I am excited to be part of our PTA as the Dual Language Outreach.
I am originally from Mexico, and I am continuing to improve my English. My son is also learning English, so I understand how important it is for families who speak different languages to feel welcomed, informed, and included in our school community.
I am also a member of our school’s ELAC (English Learner Advisory Committee). Through ELAC, I have learned how important it is for families to stay informed about what is happening at school and to be involved in their children’s education.
I am excited to serve our school and work together with families, staff, and the PTA to support all of our students. 💖✨
